Water filter is good according to the display.

I know its probably slim, but do you think the filter could be clogged?

Could be...we've had the unit 7 months, used it maybe 6 times. Going to get another filter when I get home to check. Could be low CG water pressure but faucets and shower seem fine

Resolution - Water flowing

I want to thank everyone for the suggestions and responses. It is so helpful.

We finally have water flowing. However these are the steps to get water if everything is hooked up correctly.

1. Turn the under sink value to be parallel to the water line.
2. The under stove valve must be parallel to the water line.
3. The low drain value on the fridge side must be closed.
4. It takes some time for the reservoir to fill up. Be patient, it is a small line.
5. Get some water from the fridge. This might take a little while but if you waited till the reservoir was filled, you will stop hearing the pump and hear the air draining from the lines.

We did not wait for the reservoir to completely fill. We were constantly fiddling with valves thinking we had something wrong.

Hope this helps someone in the future. Again, thanks everyone for helping me trouble shoot this. Wish the manual or walk through was more thorough.

Ok, got to hit the road now.
