When I worked for a convenience store we used fruit fly traps that were baited with vinegar.

Battlewelder, Is yours a fifthwheel?
My 2017 Eagle Ht has a different of type rear stabilizer jacks.
They swing down and have square feet on the bottom? Disregard my post if yours is something different.

I have a 2017 321RSTS with the same auto leveling system. It is no where near this low. Once Jayco sees this, they should authorize the correct positioning of the jack.
I wouldn't ask the opinion of the salesman. Beyond his skill set...

I have the same issue with my 2017 Jayco Eagle 325BHQS. The rear leveling jacks (auto leveling) sit about 4" off the road fully retracted and Camping World doesn't see this as an issue. I'm going to raise them up 2 notches myself as I'm worried they will hit something as well.

So did you get any help from Jayco or did you return the camper?

Camping world called me to tell me Jayco approved moving the rear leveling jacks up two notches. I will do the work myself. Not rocket science. Just need to torque the bolts to 90 ft-lb.
