29.5 bhds axle brand and capacity?

We are getting pretty close to ordering a 29.5 BHDS. That last thing that I'm worried about is capacity. The numbers listed in the brochure don't allow for much cargo room. Even more concerning is what would be left if we add options like the leveling system and dual pane windows. Makes me wonder if there will be anything left. The salesman I talked to said it had "MorRyde axles" and that the capacity was 10,000 pounds (thanks for that comforting answer).

We like that floor plan, but the lack of cargo capacity is concerning. I'm wondering if the GVWR was set to be just under 10,000 pounds for reasons of marketing to half ton trucks, when in reality, the axle capacity make support higher loads. Not thinking anything crazy, but if the axle rating could take an extra 1,000 pounds, I'd feel a heck of a lot better.

Does anyone know the axle capacity?

Mor Ryde is the suspension system, should be Dexter axles and probably 5,000 lbs each. Don't forget pin weight is on the truck and not the axles.

9950 is gross on mine...by the book.

The axles under mine are 2 4400 lb dexters. Thats only 8800 total so I guess they figure 1500ish lbs is on the tongue.

Id worry about the tires before the axles...just my opinion. I changed mine to 16's and couldn't be happier.
