31.5RLTS First New Unit Issue

Finally took my new unit away for a few days to test it out. Most things were good or minor except.....Started filling the fresh water tank after sanitizing it and ran into my first big problem. After the gauge read full I went out and heard a horrible leaking sound under the rig. Near the low drain ports there was a large blob of spray foam covering the tank drain ports and water gushing out all around the foam. Come to find out after peeling the foam off, one drain hose was not even exposed, the other barely sticking through the belly pan, ultimately filling some of the belly pan with water. So the first big trip has been delayed a day. Going to pull down the belly pan in this section to see if the insulation is soaked. Dealer said it is attached to the floor not laying on the pan but it feels like a lot of weight is there. I poked a small hole to drain what I could. They said even if I get a blower up there to dry the insulation it will still need to be replaced....which sucks. Dealer also said as long as not a lot of water is there I will be ok for my first trip (2 wks) and I can get the repair done when I return. Thoughts? Do I have to worry about mold in a two week period? They said it would be ok to pull out the insulation section and leave it out until repaired if i wanted to as it isn't cold enough to matter right now.
