377BLRH low point valves

Where are the low point water valves located on the 2016 Northpoint? We see the stickers on the exterior and cannot find them inside the trailer. The manual isn't helpful. Help!

Welcome to the forum.

Hopefully someone with a similar trailer will be along to help, but until that happens...

Like yours, we have stickers on the outside of our trailer. But, our low point drains are on the inside, underneath our bathroom vanity, on the floor. They are a PIA to get to. I need to lie down on the bathroom floor to get hand on them to actuate them. They are small 'lift up'/'push down' valves (ie they don't rotate).

Hope that helps a bit. Good luck.

There is panel inside the main storage on our 377. It's on the passenger side at the rear of the storage. There are 3 screws holding it in place. I removed the screws and replaced with velcro, to make it easier to access. Hope this helps.

Yup! Exactly! The fresh water tank drain is on the door side, just behind the rear wheel, and if you have the residential fridge with ice maker, the shut offs and drains are under the sink, i believe... (I have the gas fridge on mine, miso not positive on the fridge water valves.)

Thank you for the info. By the way we have four outside stickers indicating the low point valve locations and we don't have the residential unit.

Noticed the wood panel box located on the floor and didn't think Jayco would place it in there; especially when everything else is easy to access. Will definitely open it up today. Thanks! Are there 4 different locations or is it just the one?

I found the valve for the residential fridge water under the sink and then had to located another one behind the stove. The one behind the stove is a real pain to get to.
