377rlbh order status

Can anyone tell me if there is any way to find out when an ordered camper will be finished and delivered to dealer. My dealer is great, don't get me wrong, but doesn't seem to motivated to find out delivery date for us. We have trips planned soon. Traded our other 5er in already, so now no camper. Starting to get a little nervous.

Your dealer is being an a**
How long has it been?

They can go to https://www2.jaycopartners.com/jayco...sportal/orders
and enter your order number and get the serial of your new rig (if one has been generated by Jayco yet)
It will say if it's been released for manufacture... It shows your order with options
Most of all it shows the estimated ship date
This is a snippet of the page

I called Jayco directly and simply asked them. The person that answered sent me to the district sales person that covers dealers in my area and simply looked me up in their system. Told me I was about 2 weeks until it was slated to come off the line and maybe a week for shipping. That info was fairly accurate.

If it's any indication, I ordered my 377RLBH on October 1 last year, and it got to the dealer about 10 days before Thanksgiving. Since it involved an overnight trip to get to the dealership, we didn't pick it up until the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.

We ordered our RSQS December 11th and it's scheduled to leave Indiana on March 9th to make its way to the dealer in Pennsylvania.

Our Eagle 323LKTS was ordered December 8th. I was told today by the Jayco regional sales manager that it's scheduled to come off the line February 29th. Then it will have to get scheduled with a driver to deliver. Should see the second week in March.
