Yeah. Pop that trim ring off then 4 screws hold it in.

Good luck. Hopefully it's something easy like mine.

The jumper and the faceplate are in the cabinet beside the radio. On the cabinet wall that splits the radio cabinet and the other cabinet.
The faceplate is labeled. And the jumper is a 6" piece of coax.
If you take the faceplate off you will be able to get to the splitters instead of taking out the radio.

Is the coax connected between the TV and the wall? Sometimes there are 2 plugs one for cable and one for Sat. Make sure to use the non sat one.

There is also a splitter or two behind the area of the docking station behind the wall.
Maybe this will help you too

Just took the face plate off as well as the radio out. Found the splitters and all the cables were tight. Including the jumper. Doesn't look like it's going to be an easy fix. I have a couple other things that need fixed so I'll add this one to the list. Thanks for the help.

Your antenna booster isn't on is it? Red light would be on.. If its on that could be the problem...

Don't see a red light but there is a green light that I think is the booster. I have it turned off now. But I tried with it off and on to make sure and neither way worked.
