I have them, take them with me, but have never used them.

Yes I do BUT ONLY cause some states don't get that its not a gooseneck hitch. I have no reason to feal the need for safety chains , just don't want any hassles.

Yes, I have them and use them. Just extra safety that can't hurt.

I have them installed and use them most of the time, but may start not connecting them as I have to go around the truck to get the other side. Only one or two states require them and I've never heard of a trailer coming loose from the Ultimate.
