Question awning cleaning

know this subject was posted many times. So what is the best way to clean the patio awning. Pressure washing, spraying bleach, or awning cleaner that walmart has or just scrub with a brush. By the way I have a automatic awning. That one of the bad things about this type, you cannot lower it close to the ground.
thanks
Randy

I extend it, spray or brush cleaner on. Roll it up for a few minutes to soak. Extend the awning and use a ladder and extension brush to lightly scrub and rinse.

Thanks to all, with the pressure washer and tilex it came clean, now I just have to get off my lazy butt and clean it after every trip, again thanks to all.

extend the awning, manually push back the supports to the tt. 1/2 The awning will hang straight down and make it a little easier to clean. Larry
