Don't forget tongue weight on tow vehicle carries part of the load.

If you fill all your tanks you might be overloaded.

Mine (same trailer) has a yellow sticker on the door with the load capacities. Basically, GVWR is 11,000lb. The label says cargo capacity is about 2000lb (no water in any of the tanks). The label warns against carrying too much fresh water as it will affect how much cargo you can carry.

Your pin weight should be 15-20% of your load. At max load it means 1650 to 2200lb. The axles are carrying between 9450 to 8800lb. Well within your axle and tire limits as long as you are within the trailer limits.

I rarely carry more than 1/4 tank of fresh water and I try to drain the grey and black before a trip.

Looks like the GVW of your trailer is 11,000 lbs per Jayco's site
4 tires @ 2500 lbs ea is 10,000 lbs
Axles 2 @ 5200lbs is 10,400 lbs
Dry hitch weight is 1695
GVW of 11000 minus the dry hitch weight of 1695 is 9305 lbs
So worst case your trailer should not ever weigh more than 11000 and best case your pin weight is 1695 as soon as you start to load stuff that number is going to go up which will decrease the amount of weight on the tires and axles in this calculation. So in theory your axles and tires should never see more than the 9305 lbs (assuming you do not go over the 11k gvw). Once loaded with water and your stuff that weight is going to change how much is hard to say unless you weigh it.
Not much cushion but tires 700 lbs or 175 lbs per tire, axles 600 lbs or 300 lbs per axle. Though they may very well be a bit higher based on how much stuff you carry and your actual loaded pin weight.
As you have figured out they make these things with the barest of margins for capacities/ratings

I'm assuming you have 15" tires. You could go to a load Range "E" ST tire, which will have a load range of 2800 lbs (assuming your rims have a PSI rating of at least 80PSI). This is an upgrade that many have done and one I think is well worth doing.

He should already have E rated tires. Mine came with the cheap tires and they were E rated. I did ditch them and install Goodyear's a couple months ago.
