Bath room switch on wall

Can anyone tell me how the switch plate on the wall comes off. Is is just pushed on and pops off? The bathroom wall switch has a loose wire and the lights will not come on unless you bang on the switch. The ceiling fan switch is working fine on the same switch panel just the light switch is inop. Thanks in advance.

The cover around the switches just pops off. The switches are screwed to the wall. The problem you are having is loose spade conector I just repaired the same thing on my bathroom lite. I replaced the conectors for new rather than try and pinch them a little. The originals arent the best.
