Bathroom sink faucet

I have replaced handles and just about wore the original faucet out. In fact, I am on my second original do to some nice camper sending me the one he replaced. It has finally given out. You all know the problems of the faucet not being high enough to get your hands under to wash. What are some faucets you guys have replaced with just to give me some options.
Thanks for your time.
Joe

Hey Joe, here's a pic of the one that replaced the one I sent you. $47 at Menards available in brushed nickle or antique bronze. Many options out there.

Any 4" faucet will fit an RV lavatory sink.

You'll also find the kitchen faucet in your RV is a standard size too.

Thanks tcnashville and Mike. I will check out Home Depot to see what they have available. The ones in the rig don't seem to hold out well in the newer rigs. I have owned trailers for over 30 years and this will be the first faucet I have ever replaced in one!

Here is what I did... These are taps from the hardware store not RV specific and work just as well

I did the same $47 faucet from Menards. Took 15 minutes.

I just replaced mine last weekend and we bought ours at Home Depot. The only drawback was access to the underside of the sink because we have a mesh hamper on the right side, I had to work around it but the faucet replacement was a perfect fit.

I replaced mine in January 2015. I can't believe I lived with the original one that one. Notice in the picture of the original one how the cold water valve is all the way to the back. This is after replacing the valve assembly a couple of times.

Now I over did this a bit and replaced mine with a Kohler that wasn't cheap, but I full time and "I'm worth it"!

I wouldn't say you over did it I would have done the same thing. You got what you paid for and it does exactly what you expect it to do. Bet you'll never have to mess with it again !

We've been on a remodel kick and did the polished brass with porcelain handles. We've also replaced all the door/drawer pulls with the same finish as the originals were complete junk.

Thanks to all who responded. I purchased a nice faucet at Home Depot with a brushed look that matches our dark interior. Looks really nice. Got to test it today before we leave this week to make sure it is not leaking. Thanks again to all who responded. Happy Veteran's Day to all and to all my Marine Corps buddies, Happy birthday in a couple days.

Home Depot

We used this one from Home Depot because the faucet can swivel left or right to give you even more room in the sink bowl.

Yes, and the faucet does also swivel left or right. Really neat.
