Bed Room Slide Out - Rotton Flooring, slide-out mech. ,problems-slide outs

Water has seeped into the floor of the bed room slide, where it joins the exterior slide out wall.

I removed the bed to expose the slide out mechanism. Any sugggestions on how to proceed in replacing the rotten flooring?Thanks
