DO not replace it.

I had it replaced under warranty by the dealer...broke again on the first use after replaced.
You are much better off retro fitting an electrical outlet that has USB integrated...many many of those are available.

The usb port in my 2017 still seems to be working fine, but again I just got the trailer this summer. The previous owner only used the trailer 2-3 times in the three years he owned it. When/if mine fails I will look for a quality replacement. Mine has the two outlets plus the power point to plug something, like the backup camera monitor, into.

It's also obvious by reading the replies that a lot of people who posted suggestions are people who use their trailer hooked up to shore power. I wish Icould use some of those suggestions, but I don't feel it would work well to fire up the generator to get ac to run those plugs just to charge my phone.

As soon as you start to use it, it will break...it is very cheap...better off to retrofit the space with an Electrical Outlet that has the integrated USB ports.

That's not an option for those of us who are rarely hooked up to ac, but camp mostly off of the dc from the batteries. If I was hooked up to shore power or had an inverter always running some of those outlets would be a great option

Anyone have an idea where to find a replacement, besides trying to go through Jayco or a dealer? I can't even find a different manufacture model that might be usable, even if I make a bigger hole for one.

Thanks,
