Cable TV

When your at a campground that provides "cable tv",is there a switch you need to throw, etc.,when hooking up the external cable connection so you dont get the roof antennae also?Or does it matter, just plug it up?
Probably been asked a hundred times before .

No swithcing necessary... only turn off your TV Antenna amp.. and when you trun on the TV go to the menu and select CABLE for signal type (antenna is the other option... you should be good to go
