Call Jayco with the VIN Number and they should be able to send you an owner's manual and other information, hopefully.
I must add, I have sold two different Jayco travel trailers when I purchased new ones. When the new owner's came to pick up their new to them unit, I gladly spent at least an hour with them answering any questions and showing them how all systems worked and what all the switches did. I wanted them to have a fun filled first camping trip and not spend the whole time trying to figure out how everything worked. Hopefully, we would all want to do that when we sell our units. If you bought from a dealer, shame on them for now explaining it all to you.
