Couple of issues with our new SuperLite

We just returned from a 10 day trip to San Diego in our new 31.5 RLTS and I have noticed a few things that will need attention.

1. The entry steps, the bottom stem seems weak or spongy on the right side of the step.

2. While on the roof to install vent covers I noticed several places where there appears to be debris of some sort under the membrane and it is poking up into the rubber. This really bothers me as I don't want a brand new trailer with a patched roof. I haven't been back to the dealer with this yet so I really don't know what they may do for a fix. There are also several areas where the membrane is not glued down sufficiently and it is bubbled up.

3. There is no response what so ever on the keyless entry.

4. Faint odor of propane in the driver side propane tank compartment, odor not present when the tank valve is closed.

The other really important stuff seemed to work ok though. No plumbing leaks storage tank or waste tank leaks, AC worked fine, furnace worked as it should have etc, etc.

Compared to issues I have heard about from other owners of new trailers of various brands I'd say it isn't that bad but it would be nice if they had taken a bit more time in the QC area.

Never enough time to do it RIGHT but there's always enough time to do it OVER.

Sounds like overall you had a great trip.
I agree, sounds like a few minor issues that need attention.

We have been living fulltime in our Pinnacle for approx 3 months now, and we have had the same type of minor issues that need attention but nothing major and nothing like some of the stories I have seen on some other forums.

All our major systems have performed as they should, I think once we pass the 90 day mark of fulltime living in our unit most of the little things should have surfaced.

We are heading back to the dealer in a couple of weeks for a few minor repairs / adjustments then we should be good to go.
