Anyone know what adhesive that Jayco uses ? I plan on taking a plant tour this spring, it's on my list of questions to ask. Not always easy to adhere two dissimilar materials, fiberglass and aluminum. Expansion and contraction is also an issue. If they move at different rates, delamination is probable.

Heard from the dealer today. They removed the rear street side window and frame, and the outside corner molding. Found some evidence of water intrusion, but not bad, hope we caught it in time. 5er in the shop getting the outside fiberglass re-glued and clamped back together, will sit for at least 3-4 days for glue to cure. Dealer will re-install window with new seal and re-seal corner molding. Hopefully will fix the problem. Cost to run $300-$400. Will post more info after pickup this Sat.

they use some kind of urethane adhesive sprayed across the entire surface... it is supposed to be high quality runs on a 8 foot wide sprayer track
