Glad to hear Jayco (and your dealer) stepped up and got everything corrected . . . and in time to make your first scheduled trip. I've read more of these positive customer satisfaction stories about Jayco than about all the other manufacturers combined. Just goes to show you, it may take some prompting, but Jayco does care about their customers.

Glad it worked out for you. We just ordered our Pinnacle 36REQS last Thursday. The changes already from the brochure, the differences in the on-line web site layouts and items are different already from the order sheet for the 2016 models. Hope it all goes smoothly. I absolutely HATE when things aren't right.
