If your question has to do with replacing an RV refer with a residential unit the answer is yes, if you can find one to fit, make a few modifications and add an inverter. If your concern is the off level driveway you mentioned, simply level the trailer.
Personally, I would stay with the RV fridge as the residential one with the inverter and only 1 or 2 batteries limits your time away from a cord.
