Double tow on 31.5DSRL

Hi
Has anyone mounted a hitch for doulble towing on a 31.5RLDS? I looked under the rear bumper and found two plates welded to the frame. Could this be a rear hitch attach point? Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Can't help with your 31.5RLDS, but my 28.5RLS needed to have the receiver and additional frame reinforcement fabricated for the trailer by my hitch installer.

Am taking the 5ver and boat out for a week's RVing/fishing tomorrow. Can't wait!
