My 5er came with chinsey slides on all the drawers. Some were broken when I received it just from the previous owner using it. He never moved it once he got it parked. Once we hit the road they were a constant repair problem every time I turned around. The problem was with the plastic brackets that secure the ends of each slide breaking.
I finally bought all new 225# full extension ball bearing slides for every drawer. Pain to install but will be worth it when we hit the road and don't find the drawers sagging when we stop.
I would hope that Jayco is using better slides in the newer units?
Changing the drawer slides in the pantry was the first thing I did 12 years ago. One broke and when I saw what kind they were they came out and metal ones went in. Not a bit of problem since then.
