EAGLE HT Grey Water Tank Valve Location

Hi guys, just bought a 2016 29.5BHDS EAGLE HT. Going to be a great camper, 1 thing I don't like about it is the location of the grey tank valve / handle. I have to crawl under the slide out to access the handle for dumping the grey tank. has anyone modified or seen any type of handle extensions? We have a seasonal site so my other option is to do some external plumbing changes and add a gate valve. I hate to do that to make a new RV more user friendly.

I would add an electric valve.

That is your gray tank for your kitchen sink , I leave that open because it fills up fast.

I have that same issue. So just keep a decoy pole that I had lying around in the camper and it works great for opening and closing.

I screwed an open-hook eye screw on the end of a 4 ft. dowel. (dowel is about 1-1/4" in diameter, the hook eye is about 1/4" threads).
With this I can reach the valve to open it an close it.

Not sure what they were thinking putting the valve in this location..... no way most people can even crawl under the slide out to reach it...maybe they assume everyone has a teenager with them that can make the crawl...

I leave the shower grey water valve open all the time, since it fills quickly when taking showers. I leave the kitchen grey water closed until it is time to drain out the black water tank, and I use this one to flush out the pipe.
