Estone EX8500 DVD

Anyone have or know how to get a User Guide / Manual for this equipment? Unit works okay, but I do not know how to change the current time that is displayed. Often this is accomplished by pushing multiple unrelated buttons simultaneously, but I can't figure out the pattern !
