Fifth Airborne hitch

We seek info from Jayco owners who have a Fifth Airborne hitch in service- We have a 2007 Jayco Eagle 341RLQS equipped with the standard hitch- We are fulltimers who tow several thousand miles annually- Our previous fiver was equipped with a Fifth Airborne hitch- We were reasonallby satisfied with the service- Please share your experiences with this hitch on a Jayco product- THANX in advance for all replies- DD

My friend has the Fifth Airborne on his 30.5 and I have the Mor Ryde. The difference is that the Mor Ryde cushions from stops, starts and all but eliminates the chucking. The 5th AB is more of a up and down cushioning with the air bag and shock. They both work nicely and both have their advantages it's just a matter of preference in the end. I installed mine afterwards due to not knowing any better when I ordered my unit and would not order another unit without one.
