fifthwheel tires

Hey everyone, I'm a newbie here and I wanted to get opinions and or experiences with tires on heavy 5w's. I have a 2010 Eagle 365bhs and noticed today that one of the marathons has a bulging belt in the tread and the tires were already replaced once by goodyear in June 2012. Less than 5k on them.
Would like to install goodyear g614's but don't know if the aluminum wheels can handle the 110 psi the 614's require.

The 614's don't "require" 110. I have them on our PINNACLE and only run 90 per GOODYEAR's pressure chart based on our weight.

On my rig, I had trouble with the E rated Marathons. Replaced twice and had the same type problems .. My rims are rated for 110psi and have 8 lugs. I went to G614's 2 years ago and could not be happier. I run then at 100psi.

Look closely on the inside spoke of the cast rims and there should be a stamping with a psi rating or a load carrying capacity. I think the 6 lug rims are 80psi. Bad news if you want G614's. You can purchase rims and sell the others. Either way those bulging tires are going to be a problem.

Thanks Norty1, we probably have the same wheels.
How did you find out what those wheels were rated for (psi wise)?
I just got this camper and was putting wheel locks on today and noticed one of the marathons was slap sideways on the treads.

Go back and read the edited info I just added to my previous post.

I agree on G614's. I couldn't be happier and my wheels are rated for 110 psi. A former Jayco owner on this forum had a 2011 Pinnacle and his wheels looked just like mine, but his were rated for 80 psi max, so you do have to check. Just grab a flashlight and crawl under and have a look. I took a piece of paper towel with me to clean off the markings if needed.
