Finally got the fifth delivered, now I have a question...

We looked at the trailer when we bought it last fall, did the dealer walk through last Monday and had it delivered on Thursday.

Once it got to our seasonal site and was blocked and leveled I noticed some potential issues on the curb side that I didn't see when we looked at it before delivery.

First, the decals are bubbled and not just a little bit, it's everywhere and some of the bubbles are HUGE. I know how to fix it but I don't know why I didn't notice them before, it's weird.

Second concerns me more. I can see what looks like the joints on the wall panels every four feet or so. It's a definite vertical line that runs the entire height of the wall. There aren't any cracks or pushed out areas just really visible lines. These aren't visible on the other side at all. We went over the entire trailer during the walk through and I didn't see them at that time. Maybe it was because it was indoors and the lighting is different?

Should I be worried about this or is it a normal thing for vacuum bonded walls?

The decals should not be that bubbled. If it were just a couple of bubbles, you could take a pin and prick the bubble and work the air out, but if there are numerous ones like you say, it sounds like the decals were not applied correctly. Ours doesn't have the vertical lines showing so I don't know what's going on there. I would talk to the dealer about both issues and get them to resolve the problems to your satisfaction.
