First Rain Storm in Northpoint 377

Well I am camping through my first rain storm in my new 377. I am thinking this is not good. Lol the video is better but can't figure out how to upload.

It was a pretty good down pour but nothing that should have caused that kind of leak. I assume that it must be the seal around the AC unit as it was coming from the air intake.

Only random units hit the rain bay. If one fails all prior units are then checked.

Just got my trailer back from the dealership. The AC units seal was not functioning properly.

It is the poor design of the placement of the A/C on a flat roof. That is the standard way they install A/C's on all RV's. I modified mine by installing 3/8 ply strips by 2" wide under the roof material and the seal and the A/C on top of that. No more rain or snow melt running in the TT when the seal fails.

The dealerships had to replace a bad seal around the AC. Hopefully I won't have any more issues with it leaking.
