First time out and things are failing

Have a 2 week old jayco pinnacle and took trailer out to dry camp.

First issue is center leveling legs show a fault. The LCD panel is locked up on the same screen and instructions are to press enter to clear the faults. Doesn't work. Even tried disconnecting battery and goes back to fault mode, no way to clear

Second tried to plug into 120 power outlet. No power
Checked inverter circuit breaker and it's not tripped so no idea how to get it working

Any suggestion? Tried calling lippert but they're closed

The only outlet on the inverter would be the residential fridge, all the others need shore power.

If u were plugged in and disconnect battery that would not clear screen. In your basement on ceiling is the level controller. Unplug the power lead to the controller and wait a minute and plug back in

Also the display unit pops out of the mount and that will remove power from display. Mine was so loose when I opened the door to level it fell out. Popped back in and put a dab of silicone on the corners to hold in place. I was lucky it was not damaged since the circuit board is fully exposed.

First rule on new campers, always camp first night at home. Most things can be fixed simply with some instructions.

If your jacks show error and you hit enter, should go to manual fault mode. Might need to look at it again.

As for your 120v issue, is a GFCI breaker, check to see if the GFCI is tripped on an outlet.
