I finally got my supports. Took Jayco/Lippert almost 3 months to get them to my repair guy. Took him 2 hours to fix........
They are the "Doubled" supports others have gotten and apparently the 2017s have from the factory. They replaced 3 of the 4 on my unit. 4th wasn't bent, and Jayco said would be fine........we shall see.
Glad they are done. 2 were very bent after out 10 days in Florida and the floor was starting to slope. Looks good now.
I will keep a watch on them.

Could you post a picture of the fix. I'm concerned about this as well.

So is the issue with Schwintek slides (the ones with side gear drives) or the thru-frame slides?

I looked at my supports and don't see any bending but they look the same as the ones that everyone is having bends in.

Yes, the large Schwintek slide with the refer and such in it.
The new supports are thicker than the originals, and doubled up.
I'll get a picture this evening.

Looking forward to seeing the pics. The parts for mine are on order. I should know something this week. I keep checking my supports and two of them are bent but and the floor in front of the stove is sagging slightly. Jayco has been outstanding, so far.

I have 2 Schwintek slides and two thru-frame slides on my 361REQS. The kitchen Schwintek has two supports under it. The sheet metal angle isn't bent but the bolts that go up into the floor are at a bit of an angle so there must be a good load on them.

For those wanting more pics.
1st is the supports that can bend. 2nd is the new doubled support.
3 of 5 I had under the kitchen slide had bent and were replaced. They wouldn't replace those that were not bent.

Thanks for the pics. My dealer got my new supports and I'm taking mine in on Friday to get the repairs done.

So I just got my update from the dealer. Jayco is sending the parts to reinforce the supports, but will not upgrade the slide motors to the 500:1. Jayco says "this will throw off the timing of the system." So instead they are replacing the motors with the same 300:1 motors. Not sure that I buy there fix, but I'll let them replace and time will tell if I need to bring it back and insist that they do the repair with the stronger motors. Now I just have to wait for the parts to come in.

I do not think u can just swap motors. The 500-1 have steel shafts and gears. I believe u have to remove the slide and change the Assy
I would call LCI and get the correct answer if u can do just the motor that would be great

Thanks Rock...I had no idea of all that was involved. But, if the new 300 motors start to struggle like the originals, I think I'm gonna insist that something else be done.

Like I have said, I just repeated what I have heard and on a bunch of different web sites. I would call LCI and see if u can just get better motors. That would be nice to just upgrade. If you look at some other installers they show three tracks not two. Most people have no problems. I had mine cock and stall and than worked fine. Dealer found nothing wrong. Mine still struggles but works. And yes from day one I have leveled and held switch 5-10 seconds until synk stops. I have also never stopped until full in or out

It's not recommended and is a known cause of getting the endpoints out of sync. It's easy to fix and as long as you hold the button in at the end of a sycle you are resetting the endpoints.

However if you deploy partially, the retract partially, then deploy partially you eventually will get your slide coming in crooked. I can force it to happen on mine. Once I understood how the Hall sensors worked, it began to make sense. One of my slides is more sensitive to the issue than the other as it tends to coast if you take your hand off the button.

Once I understood the limitations of the mechanism and how to deal with the situation Ive had no issues and think they function as well as any other slide mechanism I've used.

That's nice they are sending new outriggers, however Your right about the buying in on the fix.

Why did Jayco replace my motors with 500:1, add 3 more outriggers and add 3 more rollers vs just 3????

Time will tell but if you use your F/W a lot like us those 300;1 motors will fail like ours did.

Wish i had seen this sooner

So....i just put a deposit down on a 2015 36fbts.....$2k. Now i see this post. Dealer is about 90 miles away. If i was a betting man i would bet it has the flimsy outriggers.

I just did the deposit today but supposedly it is not refundable. I will ask if they will upgrade the supports before picking it up in two weeks. If not....i may just eat the deposit. This is very worrysome.......

I wouldn't eat $2000 because of the outriggers. Is it being sold as new with warranty? If not worst case is you take it to a welding shop and have them beef up the supports which would be way less than $2000.

Now that Jayco has "discovered" the problem, the units manufactured since October 2015 all appear to have a strut with a reinforcing return. I check mine before leaving, when setting up, when breaking camp, and again when I get home, and I've seen no deflection on mine.

Yes...sold with full warranty. I also have an option for a 7-yr warranty but it costs $3700.....$100 deductible. Have not yet decided on that.
