Our 16 Eagle 321 RSTS has 4 old style frame supports. Two under 12 cu.ft. frig one above double axles, and one at the rear. The thickness on the rear out rigger is .088 to .099.Not sure but seems like there starting to bend.Roller marks are more visible in that area. But all 4 roller are leaving imprints. The floor is bending front to rear in front of kitchen slide, maybe 1/8". This camper does not have and out rigger under each roller. There are five inside. When we spoke to the service manager at Little Dealer Little Prices in Phoenix. He indicated he see's it a lot in the larger campers, but was not sure of the cause, fricking lier! Thanks for all the good info no I can get into warranty on Tuesday. With a lot of good information

Get them fixed because once they start bending and your floor drops your Schwintek will not be happy. Once your Schwintek isn’t happy you will not be happy.

Expecting no marks from the roller is unrealistic. The real question is whether or not they are causing a permanent indentation on the bottom material. In that case, the bottom of the slide is likely too soft to carry the weight. I don't have direct experience with this issue, but I know that Forest River provided stainless plates to add to the bottom of some slides on their Berkshire motorhomes for similar issues a couple of years ago.

The factory service center put hard Teflon pads where all my rollers are. They screwed them to the bottom of slide. They had to jack up the slide to install.

Makes me nervous my floor has already dropped 1/8" the entire length in front of the kitchen slide! And it all seems connected with the flimsy frame rudders. Thanks
