Frame support bending on Northpoint 377. Anyone else?

I have sealed every seam with silicone. If I get any water damage I give up. Put the new stero in and a strut to hold door up. Changed water filter and moved it up so it has more clearance. My cap looks great they did a good job. Now getting ready for my big trip. June 8 till Aug at my mountain river property. I will be watching those brackets. But here is another thought. My slide awning. Holds a bunch of water. Wonder how much more weight that adds to help bend the brackets.

Rock I don't think your brackets are going to bend. I looked at over 10 rigs with the style bracket you have and none were bent.
I found 3 rigs with my style and they were bent.

Have to wait and see. When I was up in the panhandle in Dec it poured. The big slide had water on the top of the awning. I had a hard time bringing the slide in, kept stalling and cocking. Did not give any thought to the water weight. But u r right about the bottom bend giving a lot more support

Car paint and clear coat. Looks great up close with some metal flake in the paint. The guy said hardest part was the Jayco Bird

Looks great! I don't have the led strips along the sides like yours. My cap is different than yours. I like yours better

That looks cool. Well if u ever get any damage u can fix and paint yourself. That is a talent I wish I had.

Those LEDs they have mounted on front sides and lower cap are cool. Parked in my driveway from the street looks like an alien craft has landed

I bet there r a bunch just like that. If u have not read this thread u be clueless unless u notice the floor not straight. And seal those wheel wells to keep water out. I pulled one of the big staples out of my tire. Good thing it bent and barely went into the tire. I put rtv over every staple to make sure they stay in place

Rock would this stuff have save you some silicone time on the staples of the rock guard?

It might have. I sealed around the edge of the stone guard than a dab over each staple to keep them in and water out. I put a bead all along where u can push up at frame so water from wheels cannot get in. I know when closed the seal is there on the other side but I had a bunch of dirt up there. I coated every seam that water can run in. After this trip I am gonna find a spray or brush. sealer and mask off and seal around all lower areas of the slides and above and below the Schwintec gear rails. All the water runs down the slides and those track screws will wick in water. My two year old TT was getting a soft floor in the corners of the slides. I wish the awning toppers on my slides were wider. Thanks for the tape tip that is a good belly repair.

We have a 2015 FBTS that we took delivery on in October 2015. We had noticed a slight feeling of a dip by the residential fridge near the pantry. Thanks to this thread, went out and looked underneath that slide. Sure enough the front brace on the outrigger was bent. We were in the process of leaving on a trip and are now in the process of heading home. While at Table Rock Lake in Missouri, I checked the outriggers again. A second brace has bent. Contacted our dealer and sent photos to show the bent braces. Have a appointment for June 21st. Our dealership was unaware of the problem. We are getting our list together of any other repairs that need to be addressed while there. In another thread I told about while in for warranty work in earlier this year, they backed another trailer into ours. As they were finishing up the repairs from the lot damage, they discovered that my roof had suffered a small cut in the membrane. They patched it, and said they would replace the roof at the end of the camping season. We are having the replacement roof taken care of while our 36 FBTS is in for the outrigger issue. Our dealer is 200 miles away, but so far they have really been good at taking care of us. In the other thread I related how they had a crew standing by to fix a slide issue and a couple of other things while we were on a trip that took us by the dealership. They had a crew of 5 or 6 standing by and had us back on the road in 1 hour.

That is great dealer service. On yours are the brackets curved like mine or just a straight type edge. AZs FBTS has brackets that are curved like mine and his bent by his residential fridge but he also has water damage to the floor.

this shouldn't happen to anyone owning a Jayco. However it happened in a Camping World shop. We have complained for 12 months about the slide, Residential fridge is way to heavy!
The brain trust at Jayco is replacing all the motors with 500:1 vs the OEM 300:1, more outriggers and 3 more rollers vs just the original 3.
The only way to get the slide in and out was for me to push on it. CW always said the issue was "normal"

Well so much for me bending my bent support back straight.
First time out and it's bent more then it was to begin with and took a friend with it. Now I have two.
