I saw mine was bent the first time I put out the slide. I picked it up from the dealer right after the delivery guy left and the slides were never opened until I brought it home.
So it was bent at the factory, or in transit from Indiana.

Had to happen at factory than. If it bent during transport with slide closed we really have problems. U know the transport people used your Rv to sleep in a christen the head during overnight stops!!!!!! Lol

Redbird7- By outriggers do you mean the frame supports or the leveling system jacks? If there is a recall shouldn't we all be getting notified of it too?

It is the outriggers on the side of frame extending to edge of the trailer. Not the jack system. The outriggers hold the weight of the slideout. Dealer called me and I am bringing it in Friday morning. I am more concern about my slide out that only goes out on one side. Dang its only 4 months old. Thats why I wanted a warranty.

Keep us posted on the recall. Please post info on the support issue. All of us have heard nothing. My unit is still in paint shop since the wrong decals came in and I cannot get it till next weekend. Tell us exactly what they r doing to fix this.

Lordy! I guess this is something else I need to check on mine when I get home. Off subject here, but got a staple about a half inch into my foot on the carpet. What/where should I look at/for?
