Fading front and rear caps are not just Jaycos problem but they are stepping up to the plate to fix it. A friend. of mine has a Open Range that's just over 2 years old. The front cap is horrible. He was told oo bad youre out of warranty. Today I saw a Raven 5th wheel drive past, the front cap was faded bad. I'm glad Jayco stepped up and repainted mine even though it was out of warranty.
They are NOT !! stepping up to the plate. Two months later I sent an email to Jayco and one to my dealer. Jayco waited a week to ask what my dealer was doing about it. I replied that my dealer wasn't even returning my calls or email and I provided my dealer and service contacts name, no reply. Been calling service and asking for a update but no returned calls. Finally I called my dealer and just asked for service without giving my name. It was "Oh yea let me check on that" it wasn't until I quoted the service reps email that they said they would check the progress. Still Waiting.
