Gotta run through the set-up for either cable, satellite, or open air - depending on how you are getting signal. Mine won't program through antenna, unless the booster is on. What kind of problem(s) are you having?

No but surround sound is not hooked up with the Furrion sound system when I play the TV. It only works with radio and DVD. That's the only issue I've had so far.

The remote is picky, I have to point it at the bottom right of the TV for it to work.

I got the sound to work on mine by turning the television volume down all the way, then switching inputs on the radio/dvd player until I found the right input.

Dumb question, but are you plugged into 120V? The Furrion's are not 12v units.....
