FW Delivery

We have been waiting for our new FW since we ordered it Apr. 2nd. Just found out that it has not been released to ship. Does that mean a problem with Quality Control or there is a wait for a delivery driver? Any insights?? Thanks

Are you sure it's ready for delivery? We ordered our 2016 Pinnacle on April 1st and was told a June date and didn't get it until the end of Sept.

Are you sure it's been built? Special orders should have the customer name on the build sheet. I know mine did. I would call Jayco directly to find out the status.

We ordered our FW in April, as well. According to our dealer it hasn't EVEN made it into production yet! Looks like this camping season will be out !! UGH!!

It could mean they are waiting on some item that ran short, chair, micro etc. or could be QC issue. Better they find issues at the factory, than at the dealer.

According to our dealer, it should have been off the assembly line last week.

I agree Grumpy. Worth the wait if they find then fix any problems there..

After we ordered our 2013 Eagle TT, it was on a hold after production. We were told there were a few components the factory ran short on. Once they were recieved and installed, our trailer was shipped.

My dealer had no info as to why it was on hold. I will try calling Jayco directly to get info.
