How many dump handles do you have? I have 2 grey tanks, and two grey tank dump handles, in addition to the dump handle for the black tank.

Only seen one grey handle. I figured it might be a gage for more than one RV.

We have two gray tanks, one for the shower/bathroom sink, and one for the kitchen sink. My dump handles are miss labeled on the side of the trailer.

Well, I do have two gray and one black handle. I didn't notice the two gray handles first time I dumped. I'm waiting for a reply from Jayco on what supplies them with water and are they connected in any fashion.

Grey tank qty

F14man-
Yes you have two grey tanks and one black! The most forward handle should be for your shower and bathroom sink and the rear grey handle would be for your kitchen sink, yes the tanks and systems are separate, the black handle is for your black tank which is toilet only!!!

Gray Tank qty

You may need to observe which grey tank shows empty next time you dump just for future reference as to how each tank , #1 or #2 relates to the valves. It is sometimes not clear.

This is what our Pinnacle's station looks like (not sure of the Eagle) and is located on the off door side.

You see there are 2 grey water handles with the middle handle for the bathroom sink/shower and the right handle for the kitchen. The location of the handles makes sense...the middle for the forward tank and the right handle for the rear.

As far as looking at gauges for quantity fill forget it...they don't give accurate readings. We are just in the habit of dumping the kitchen tank every 3-4 days (or as needed) and the sink/shower grey and blank tank about once a week or longer.

We are out for months at a time and found this works best for us.

Per Jayco, the 28.5 RSTS has two grey tanks 32.5 gal each. Think I will connect them, we use more bath water than kitchen sink water.

I am not sure how you were going about tying the two together. Have you seen the "twist on RV dump slide"? This would give you an either or way to operate the tanks with nothing being installed permanent.

Yep, just use the twist on shutoff and then open both grey tanks and they will equalize.

Don't know why they kept them separate, they should put it in the 5th wheel brochure.

My second tank was intended for washer but we only use it for normal gray water by doing the simple equalizing method with the twist on shutoff. Also the tanks are heavy and by using two they can be placed better to equalize weight.

While I can visualize a twist on shutoff I've never seen/heard of one before.
I like the idea of combining my grey tanks; any links?

That is an accurate picture of the twist on valve. I have purchased them for less $$$ recently.
