Heater quit working???

I have a 2015 Jayco Eagle Premiere 351 RSTS. I ran out of propane the other day & my heater won't ignite anymore. The fan starts but no fire then shuts off after no ignition. Everything else in camper is working so I know it's getting propane. Does anyone know what it may be????

There may be an ignition circuit reset button on the furnace box.

Sounds like an air lock in the propane supply line to the furnace since you ran it out of gas. You may have to bleed the line as close to the furnace as you can.

You may be able to get the air out of the line by simply trying to restart it several times.

Never forget the dreaded safety built into the tank valves!

Yeah I've turned it on & off about 7 times with no luck thinking it may purge the air out like the refrigerator does. I'm worried it's something other than air. I have ran it out before but turned it off soon after. I was out of town for a few days so it may have been trying to come on a bunch before I got back to camper & found out bottles we're empty.

Excellent suggestion being the OP states
"Everything else in camper is working so I know it's getting propane"

The first time I ran out of propane, my furnace wouldn't ignite either. I think there's an auto-ignition relay (or something) built into the unit, because when I turned the thermostat to the off position, waited a few seconds, then clicked the thermostat back to heat, the furnace kicked right on. You may want to try that.

I would lite the stove and run it for a couple minutes to make sure the air is out of the line. Usually works for me.

There is a reset button on the furnace. Also, the furnace will not ignite if the sailor switch is covered with dust-dirt. We had a problem with our furnace not lighting up after several tries. I pushed the reset button, and still nothing. Then I took an air compressor and blew into the furnace around the fan and the sailor switch and haven't had a problem since with lighting up the furnace. If f you look at the furnace and have someone inside the unit turn on the furnace, you will see red lights blink. The number of blinks will tell you what the problem with the furnace is. This information is in the furnace manual. It will give you an idea of what area to look at for the problem of your furnace. By the way, we had to take all the walls in our storage area under the 5'er out to see the furnace. At least once we take those walls down, we can access everything we need to...such as the water pump, hot water tank, furnace, converter.....
