HELP! - Schwintek Slide out part broke off

I just had a part brake off the kitchen Schwintek slide out my 2016 377RLBH North Point. It is the Gib pictured below in the diagram and in my picture. The whole bracket it was connected to is twisting and scrapping/grooving the wall of my slideout just below the schwintek rail. I currently have the slideout stuck half way out because I don't want to damage the wall anymore. I am a full-timer so I need it repaired ASAP. Anyone have experience with this? Also any service reviews on Colerain RV in Dayton or Hartville RV both in Ohio. (or other dealers in Ohio.)

I'll bet you have more damage than the Gib.........you have 300:1 motors. Is there a residential Fridge in that slide? If so it's too heavy for 300:1 motors, need the 500:1 motors. Just went through 4.5 months of pain with ours. Jayco knows they have major issues, they replaced everything on our slide.

Me too!!

Don't understand why some come in with an issue/question and then just disappear.

This thread never became very active, so I assumed no one was interested. They had to replace the whole schwintek system on that slide. A Major job. RCD in Columbus, Ohio was terrific.

Thanks, Someone can always use information to help them with the same problem.

I read about them but have never had a problem with mine.
