Household refer in Pinnacle 36FBTS

Our 2015 Pinnacle has had intermittent refrigerator outages throughout the summer. It's been in service all summer off and on. the latest symptoms were that the upper refrigerator got warm while the freezer stayed cold. Electrical to the refrigerator has been ruled out. Samsung was just working on the refer and now states that there was improper ventilation to the refer. The solution is to remount the refrigerator into the slide so that the metal brace is removed and it will be secured in another fashion. Jayco has also authorized under warranty for a fan to be installed to help with ventilation. This sounds like a deign problem. Has anyone else experienced this? When I asked the dealer, they said all the units could be made slightly different. I would also add that the refrigerator worked fine for over a year. Problem just started a couple months ago. Didn't sound right to me. Any thoughts???

We have a 2016 Pinnacle that has a Frigidaire residential frig that worked fine the first weekend we used the 5th wheel. 3 weeks later we camped and frig started warming g up and
never cooled down again. We got one whole weekend out of our Frigidaire.

Now after waiting 3 weeks to get in to dealer and have refrigerator looked at, it was determined that it needs a circuit board replaced. And of course now the circuit board is on back order.

Our '16 pinnacle came with a frigidare no issues as of yet. I do see a code occasionally, but it has nver failed to reset after a power down
