Just make sure you remove the regulator that comes on most grills designed to use the 1 lbs. propane bottles. Otherwise, you'll be regulating pressure twice; which will prevent your grill from getting hot enough for a nice sear on your steaks.

By the way, what time did you say dinner would be ready?

I don't know if most people are like me, but I tried with a connector that I used for my air compressor, Then I found out the connector for gas is not the same connector, went to Steve Rv and bought the correct one.
