Donnie, gently pull the drawer all the way open, inside the outer part of the roller guide [on both sides] you'll find 2 small release clips. On mine, I push down or pull up simultaneously and then pull the drawer out from the cabinet mounted roller guide. To reinstall, just feed the drawer mounted guides into the cabinet mounted guides and slide the drawer in all the way, you'll hear it click. Hope this helps

The drawers in our Eagle have some sort of catch in the middle of the bottom of the drawer- I can't figure out how to raise the drawer to clear the catch- Do I need to use a screwdriver to push up on the drawer to release it? I'm usually somewhat handy with mechcanical parts but this has me stumped- DD

When you reach under the drawer there is a plastic tab in the center at the back of the drawer. That tab gets pushed up, towards the bottom board of the drawer and it will then come out.

Took me forever to get one of ours out when we had silverware fall behind the drawers.
