There are adjustment holes that allow raising the jacks x-inches higher from the ground surface. I have been advised that that could results in jacks reaching extension limits causing the system to malfunction. I can offset by placing x-inch wood beneath each jack. Has anyone experienced this and had the jacks raised without issues.

I raised the jacks on my North Point one notch. I use 4x4 blocks under all my jacks anyway that way they don't have to extend out so much. I have not had any issues.
