Installing 12-volt ceiling fan. Any experience?

I have a 5th wheel Eagle and have sufficient head room in main area to support requirements for
a 12-v ceiling fan. My questions: Has anyone installed one? What is in the ceiling to support
weight of the fan plus vibrations during travel? I have 3 lights on a wall switch and could convert
one of the lights to the fan so finding wiring not a problem. And, can handle the various
light issues.
Any sage advice welcome.. CJ
