Installing an additional Awning to my 2013 JAYCO EAGLE PREMIERE 321 rlts slider

Hello all
Has anyone added another awning to their eagle? I want to add another Awning to my door side slider so I have complete shade on that side of the trailer. My questions are
Is it possible ? ( not sure if there is enough area to attach at top of slider)
Will it interfere with the existing slider roof covers?

I of course appreciate all your knowledge and input
Thank you

At the RV show we recently visited, some of the curb side slides had additional awnings right on the slide itself, not on the main wall, so that it did not interfere with the toppers. Not sure if they were factory installed or dealer installed, but they are out there.

I believe the configuration of your rig is similar to ours, and if so, it is possible to add a second awning. We have the second one (factory installed) and as SMS said, it's attached to the slide itself. It's also possible to add toppers if you want them - still debating whether or not we're going to go that route

Hey Rob is your second awning powered or manual?

Hi Rick - It's powered, and also has the LED light strip underneath it. Other than the length, I believe it's 11', there is no difference between it and the "primary"

We also have a powered awning on our drivers side slide. It was factory installed. Do it if you can as it has become a nice option.

I ordered my 16 321rsts with both awnings and three slide toppers. Just picked up the 5er on Monday. Both awnings are power and the second one on the door side slide doesn't interfere with the topper. I'd never be without toppers and the second awning seems like it'll be a great shade provider. Can't wait to hit the road.
