Is This Mormal?

Today I was putting my tire covers on and noticed the center cap on the rear axle would rotate about 1/2". The cap on both sides of the axle did this. The front axle cap was tight on both sides. I am trying to attach a video. Any thoughts?

No worries, those caps just slip through the center of the wheel from the back side and are held in place by a flange at their base.

Some people put a strip of electrical tape etc. around the cap base to keep them from rattling.
