Cool Jayco 223 canopy anchor

Hi My canopy anchors are coming off the bottom of the trailer,I tried to do a bigger bolt but the wood was already to open.My question ,how do I access the inner wall so I can put nut and bolt assy on .I see the front floor cupboard floor is right about over the area ,or do I come in from under .Must be an easy fix that some of you guys already tried and proved .Any help appreciated
