Jayco Eagle 29.5 bhds switch??

We just bought a Jayco Eagle 29.5 bhds and have a switch in it that we can't figure out. It is to the left coming in the door, right under the cabinet. We can't figure out what it is to and if it is on or off. Anyone know?? Thanks.

It's a toggle switch. If it's pointing towards the window, it allows the electric heater in the fireplace to work. If it's pointing towards the center of the camper, it allows the electric water heater to work.

My dealer explained both are tied into the same fuse and so they put in the toggle switch so you don't overload things by trying to run both (the fireplace being an option that I suppose many don't have, but we happen to have one)

EDIT: Ran out to take a picture to show you how mine is labeled

I my 29.5BHDS that switch powers either the inside or outside microwave.

(on a 30 amp service 2 microwaves at the same time would overload the power system)

Good point I didn't consider the year made a difference. I have a 2016 and it doesn't have the outside microwave

Sonjaann - what year 29.5 do you have?
