Smile Jayco Eagle Flooring

Hi all. We have a 2011 Jayco Eagle BHS fifth wheel. Our main living area flooring is carpet (slide and about 9 inches past) and a laminate wood floor. We'd like to tear out the carpet and add in more flooring. Anyone know if there is a way to get manufacturer/brand/floor name info on the flooring so we can try to match? Thanks

I wouldn't recommend it. Our Eagle is the same thing, very nice looking wood in the middle. However, that carpeted area is carpeted for a reason. If it were laminate it would easily get scratched up when you bring the slide in and out.

Out kitchen area does not have the carpet, but in that area the bottom of the cabinets is almost an inch above the flooring and there are rollers under the cabinets to prevent damage when bringing that slide in and out.

I would contact Jayco directly and have your FW's VIN handy..., they may be able to give you enough info to track the supplier down.

Hi
I thought I saw a plastic piece you can put underneath the slide to protect the carpet when the slide came in.
It was a RV store.
