Jayco Pinnacle Radio Issue
We have a 2017 Jayco Pinnacle 38REFS. Anyone know how to get the Furrion DV1200 radio to work? Thanks

Can you elaborate? Does it have power? If you have power and no sound, press one of the speaker buttons (a,b,c). Then see if switching source (radio, cd, etc) does anything.

It works perfectly when playing music via wifi via my phone or iPad thru all the speakers..inside or outside! It's just trying to figure out playing music etc thru the AM/FM setting

Does it go into AM or FM mode? If it does and not picking up stations, the ant connector might not be plugged into the back of the unit. It's a push in connector like cars used back in the day.

I moved my outside antenna on top of my Pinnacle to the upright position and turned my Furion radio to a local FM radio station but all I get is static!
Help is great appreciated! Thanks

I'd remove the stereo and make sure the antenna cable is plugged into the back of it.

Carefully remove the black plastic trim bezel and the mounting screws will behind it.

Hi Earl, I have the fury on radio removed and pulled from the wall. Where does the antenna cable plug into? What does it look like also?

The ant cable looks like old school car ant connector. It plugs into the top corner on the left if looking at it from the front. It just pushes in. Mine had a black cable.

2017 Jayco Pinnacle Furrion Radio Issue
Hopefully the two pictures I have attached properly. CD/ Bluetooth feature works excellent but I just get static when trying to use the AM/FM radio feature!
Antenna on my roof is in the proper upright position but when I took the radio out from the wall there was "NO" cable at all plugged into where it's noted on the back of the radio!
I need some help as to what kind of cable I should be looking for etc!
Thanks in advance for any help!

The black cord plugged into coax audio in May be your actual roof antenna cable in the wrong hole. Pull the cable out and post a pic of the end of it. Mine didn't have anything connected to that port.

Hi Earl,
Sorry it took so long to reply! Low and behold after contacting the dealership, Jayco and Furrion I followed your instructions and the black cable was plugged into the co-ax outlet!
I took it out and plugged it into the AM/FM outlet and we now have music etc!! Thank you so much!!

Glad it worked out for you. They don't always have skilled employees on the lines. They apparently just plugged it wherever.
No, Saint Thomas, Pennsylvania. South Central area, 30 miles west of Gettysburg.
