Just weighed my RK3050 on a certified scale...

I was a little shocked to see an empty weight of 8640lbs. I weighed truck only @ 6060, then went home and hooked up to the TT, drug it back and weighed combined @ 14700, which weighs trailer @ 8640.

I believe the build sheet showed n empty weight of 6800lbs? Do they weigh these before adding all the appliances or something?

Should be a yellow tag near your door showing the shipped weight including full propane.

1993 build should have the stickers on a cabinet door inside the kitchen.

I have been looking at different trailers and have found different weights in different places on some units. Builder will put one number, NADA will put another and a dealer will put another

Back in 1993 the Feds had not stepped in to help yet and made RV Manufacturers weight their trailers as they shipped.

The posted weight was the same for all trailers of a model number back in 1993, it was caculated on a stripped down base model with no options like A/C units and such.

Our Pinnacle's weight label is quite a bit higher than what Jayco publishes, we have 2 A/C units, Dual Pane windows and such that really add a lot to the "Dry Weight"
